RFP Director helps make the the Retirement Service Provider RFP process efficient and easy for Retirement Plan Specialists and Retirement Service Providers.

We currently have serviced over 4,200 RFPs and over 16,100 Proposals for Retirement Plans ranging from $3,000 - $10 Billion in AUM.

CEO & Founder

The Center for Fiduciary Management is led by CEO Scott Revare. After a 20-year career as a leader of the Finance and Human Resources management and technology consulting practice for Accenture, Scott started CFFM along with participant advice company Smart401k in 2003. Scott and wife Carla have lived in Kansas City for most of their lives, raising their 3 sons. Scott is actively involved with the Carpenter’s Kids organization, a charity that provides food and necessities to Tanzanian school children orphaned by HIV/AIDS. Scott is also a tennis devotee.

Larry Marshall


Larry is the Chief Technology Officer and leads all product development at CFFM.  Prior to taking his role at CFFM, Larry spent 16 years in management consulting firms like Accenture.  Larry was born and raised in Ohio but now lives in Overland Park, KS with his wife and three children.  In addition to coaching and attending his children's sporting activities, Larry is an amateur farmer, avid hunter, and shooting sports enthusiast.

Dan Beyer

Director of Operations

Dan is Director of Operations at the Center for Fiduciary Management. After graduating from Saint Louis University in 2003 he pursued a law degree from University of Missouri-Kansas City. Dan joined CFFM in 2007. He and wife Mary Kate have moved to Kansas City from St. Louis after college to begin their careers. They enjoy traveling and golfing.


Robbie Bristow

Vice President - Growth & Customer Success

Robbie is the VP of Growth & Customer Success at the Center for Fiduciary Management. Robbie graduated from the University of Kansas in 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and joined CFFM in 2013. Robbie and his wife Laura currently live in Kansas City and are both dedicated KU basketball fans, fitness enthusiasts, and enjoy spending time with their Yellow Labrador.


Andrew Dick

Client Solutions Analyst

Andrew is a Client Solutions Analyst at the Center for Fiduciary Management. Andrew graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, and a Minor in Business. Andrew joined CFFM in 2015. Andrew is a recreational champion in many sports, an ardent University of Kansas basketball fan, “great” cook, and enjoys relaxing with his cat, Dexter.


Spencer Revare

Client Solutions Analyst

Spencer is a Client Solutions Analyst at the Center for Fiduciary Management. Spencer graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy. He avidly follows the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs, enjoys the outdoors, and playing pick-up basketball.


Zack Riggins

Client Solutions Analyst

Zack is a Client Solutions Analyst at the Center for Fiduciary Management. Before joining CFFM, Zack previously worked in application support at Cerner Corporation and as a financial reporting analyst at State Street Bank. Zack attended Washburn University in Topeka, KS graduating with a degree in Business Finance. While in college, Zack competed in Men’s Basketball at the NCAA Division I & II levels. He still plays recreationally, but has transferred his competitive nature to the coaching side where he currently is on the staff of a local high school boys’ basketball team. Aside from basketball, Zack enjoys traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
